Customer rating: Had problems getting the dongle to work. Software problem, took two weeks before I could use the software. After lots of emails and phone calls and finally solved the problem remotely. The suppot wasn't easily accessible but the 5D Suite once it was sorted is fantastic. Customer rating: I have the 5D embroidery suite and even-though I have not mastered all the modules I can appreciate that it is all I will ever need. I cant wait to get into photostitch. Editing embroidery is made so easy as well as adding letters and motifs, the screen set up is really clear. I am really looking forward to mastering all the aspects of this programme.
