Use the Free-motion Quilt Foot for wonderful free-motion quilting. This foot has an extra-large opening to give you an optimal view of your quilting area. The 1/4" markings on each corner of the foot are a great help when working free-motion quilting.

CambridgeAlthough this foot fitted on my machine (ambition 1.5) with no problem, it was too tight to the fabric when I lowered the foot. This meant that when trying to do free motion embroidery I couldn't move the fabric at all (and the dogs were down). and there was no movement in the foot even though the hook was placed over the needle bracket/scres. So, I have now sent it back and ordered the other one meant for the 1.5 with the spring. However, the customer service was great, Christian did his best to talk me through but in spite of trying again and again it wouldn't work. So, not the right foot for my machine but service was excellent. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem?
