The roller foot is ideal for sewing heavy fabrics the rollers move freely between the foot and the feed dogs so that the foot rides easily over varying thicknesses. Also used to sew sticky leathers and vinyl type materials. FranceI was happy to find this item would fit my Pfaff Hobby 1142 sewing machine. Another bonus that they would even post out to France. I ordered some plastic bobbins too (you can never have enough of these) I received 25% off the total of my order so another bonus. The website was easy to navigate, so a great experience all round. I waited for the delivery, my sewing project on hold as I needed the foot to finish. It seemed to take a little longer but maybe that may have been in my head (I watched post box like a watched kettle eh) finally it arrived and yes the foot fitted my machine and the bobbins did too!
