OxfordThe technical team were very efficient at identifying which bobbin spools would fit my more than 35 year old Pfaff hobbymatic 939. (That model did not feature in the list of Pfaff sewing machines for which bobbin spools were still available.) I was very relieved because I had failed to find compatible bobbin spools elsewhere and because one of the only two plastic bobbin spools which originally came with the machine had broken. I feared that the machine would be unusable if the remaining one also broke. I don't sew much now (I am 72) but need a sewing machine for occasional alterations and repairs to clothing. Thank you, Pfaff.
